Matt Kelly, P.E. has a strong background in the construction and engineering industry. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida where they managed a team and conducted extensive research on Green Roofs. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as an Energy Engineer at Siemens Infrastructure and Cities, where they developed energy solution projects in various sectors and provided sales support. In 2014, they joined Holder Construction Company as an MEP Coordinator, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination. In 2017, they joined Gilbane Building Company as an MEP Manager, later advancing to Senior MEP Manager. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Project Director at ICS.
Matt Kelly, P.E. earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida in 2000. Matt then went on to pursue a Master's of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, completing it in 2008. Matt also holds a second Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
