Wouter Roozen is the founder of Kwantor, a tool designed to manage benefits based on value, with a mission to empower entrepreneurs and businesses through innovative solutions. Wouter has served in various roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., including Senior Strategy Consultant and Product Development Manager, where they contributed to projects focusing on innovation, data analysis, and digital assets. Wouter holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam and has studied Music Theory and Composition at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, as well as Fine/Studio Arts at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague. Currently, Wouter is a Program Manager for Data at ICS.
