Carmen Austin

Carmen Austin, MBA, CCIM, SIOR, serves as an Associate Broker at Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate, achieving the distinction of being the company's Top Producer multiple times between 2014 and 2024, with a specialization in commercial real estate sales and leasing, particularly in retail and investment properties. In addition to this role, Carmen Austin is a member of the Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute and serves on the Gulf-South Idea Exchange Planning Committee of ICSC. Carmen also holds the position of Vice President in the LSU Flores MBA Alumni Association and previously served as the 2010 President of the CCIM Louisiana Chapter. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of Leasing for Commercial Properties Realty Trust. Educationally, Carmen Austin earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Louisiana State University Flores MBA Program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Sciences focused on English, Business Administration, and Psychology from Louisiana State University.
