Chris Noble

Chris Noble, NACD.DC, CFA, serves as a Principal at Deerfield Capital LLC since August 2023 and is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the ICSC since December 2022. Additionally, Chris is an Independent Board Member at Sgt. Clean Car Wash until February 2025. Previously, Chris held multiple leadership roles at Walgreens from 2001 to 2023, including Group Vice President - Property and Divisional Vice President - Real Estate. Experience in real estate investment is also demonstrated through the position of Principal at Optimus Development, covering the single tenant net-lease sector, and as President of Bencor Properties. Chris's involvement in fiduciary responsibilities is highlighted by serving as a Trustee for the Walgreens Profit Sharing Retirement Plan. Educational qualifications include a BA in Finance and Marketing from Augustana College, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
