Donn Carr

Donn Carr is an accomplished author and business consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, customer service excellence, and team building. As the President and Principal Partner of Carr Management Group since 1996, Carr leads an internationally recognized business consultation firm specializing in helping small businesses compete against larger corporations. In addition to serving on the Forbes Coaching Council, Carr contributes to the international business community through custom training programs and personal coaching. Carr is also the author of "While You Were Shopping," a collection of true stories from over two decades of managing shopping centers. With a robust educational background from institutions like the Fashion Institute of Technology and North Carolina State University, Carr has also held roles as an Executive Coach and Management Trainer for Sandals Resorts and teaches as an International Faculty Member for ICSC.
