Gerald King

Gerald King, CRRP, CRX, CDP, is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in development and project management. Currently serving on the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional Admissions & Governing Committee at ICSC since January 2019, King also owns and operates King Development Services, providing third-party development services since January 2010. Previous roles include Director of Development and Director of Construction at Unilev Management Corporation, as well as Director of Development at Read King, where responsibilities spanned property and project management. King's career began in property management at Institutional Real Estate Services, Inc., and included an early role as a Project Assistant at Henry S. Miller/Grubb & Ellis. King holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
