Heather Rowe

Heather Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development and economic growth. Currently serving as the Director of Community Development for the Village of Libertyville since September 2006, Heather has held various roles within the organization, including Economic Development Manager and Economic Development Coordinator. In addition, Heather contributes as a Board Member for both the GLMV Chamber of Commerce and Visit Lake County, and serves on the Community Health Council at Advocate Condell Medical Center. With involvement in ICSC as a Board Member and former co-chair, and participation in the Illinois Route 53/120 Project, Heather demonstrates a strong commitment to regional development. Heather's educational background includes a Master's in Urban Planning & Policy with a focus on Economic Development from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's in Geography and Economics from the University of Iowa.
