Jeri Frank is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and investment. As Co-Founder and CEO of STRATAFOLIO since May 2017, Jeri has developed a platform that offers a comprehensive dashboard for managing real estate portfolios. Jeri is a dedicated member of several industry organizations, including ICSC and CREW Network. Additionally, Jeri has been a partner at U and J Properties, LLC since December 2013, focusing on real estate investments in Iowa. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of AssetRover and various management positions at Pearson and McLeodUSA. Jeri holds both a BA and MA in History from the University of Northern Iowa.
