Jim Hill

Jim Hill currently serves as Vice President of State and Local Government Affairs and Public Policy at ICSC, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jim held the title of Vice President at Kemper Development Co. from April 2005 to March 2021, and directed Public Policy and Government Affairs at Amazon.com in 2004-2005. Jim's experience also includes working in public policy for Microsoft Corporation from 1997 to 2004, focusing on state and local government affairs. Jim Hill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Human Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1983 and 1987.
