Additionally, Manuel is a Board Member at IQB Agrosciences, focusing on capital formation for agribusiness startups, and holds advisory roles at the University of Miami Herbert Business School and the ICSC. Previously, Manuel worked at Nuveen as Managing Director, overseeing the retail sector and launching investment activities in the Southeast region. With extensive experience as Country Head at TH Real Estate and Henderson Global Investors, Manuel significantly grew real estate portfolios and executed successful investment initiatives. Manuel's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from various institutions.
