Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the retail property sector. Currently an author at P.D. Simpson, Paul shares insights on the retail market, drawing from eight years of contributions to Asset Magazine. With a background that includes founding and leading Retail Property Strategies, Paul provides consultancy services to retailers and property investors, focusing on growth and development strategies. Authorship includes the upcoming novel set to be published on December 6, 2023, and the previous retail property book "Walk a Mall in My Shoes." Past roles include serving as COO for Delta International Property Holdings and holding directorships at the Delta Property Fund and the South African Council of Shopping Centres. Paul is an alumnus of Liverpool Polytechnic School of Architecture and Liverpool John Moores University.
