Todd Thomas, CFA, currently serves as Managing Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets, a position held since 2006, with previous roles including Director and Associate Analyst within the same firm. Todd is also a member of the North American Research Group at ICSC since 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate at FTI Consulting Real Estate Solutions and AVP/Asset Manager at The David Cronheim Company, as well as an Analyst in Mutual Fund Services at SEI. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Economics from Penn State University, earned in 2001.
