Tom Van Breussegem

Tom Van Breussegem is currently the Analog Team Lead at ICsense, where they oversee the analog-design team, focusing on organization, design flow, and know-how consolidation. They previously worked as a Senior Staff Engineer and Senior Analog Design Engineer at ICsense, contributing to custom analog and high-voltage IC design. Tom began their career as a journalist and editor at Veto, later gaining research experience at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Their education includes a degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and they have developed a passion for technical coaching and sustainable practices in technology.
