Michael Harp

Michael Harp is an HR Administrator and Employee Relations Specialist at Interactive CAD Services, Inc. (ICSI) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where responsibility includes overseeing all phases of the new hire onboarding process since July 2011. Additionally, Michael serves as an HR Recruiter and HR Representative at United Parcel Service, focusing on recruitment through job fairs and local schools, while conducting employment tours of the facility since September 2010.
