Roger Cargill is the President of FinitePhoenix, a company they founded in January 2020 to address organics challenges through depackaging, on-site organics management, and compostable bags. With over 35 years of experience in the trash and recycling industry, they previously served as the Sustainable Projects Manager at Schupan and as the Recycling and Waste Manager at Michigan State University. Additionally, Roger has held various leadership roles, including being a Board Member for the Michigan Recycling Coalition and a member of the Ingham County Animal Shelter Commission. Currently, Roger is also a Board of Director for the West Michigan Sustainable Business Forum.
