Founded in the mid-nineties, ICT Global Services (www.ICTgs.com) has evolved from a boutique IT consulting firm in Toronto into a global powerhouse, offering a diverse range of products and services across various sectors. Our journey began as I.S. Solutions Inc., a consulting and professional training provider in Toronto. Today, we have blossomed into a global enterprise with a presence in North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Over the past three decades, we have expanded our footprint across North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry. Our evolution is a testament to our commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and adaptation.

What began as a consulting and professional training provider, stands tall as a leading entity in the realm of offering a comprehensive suite of services, strategically segmented into three areas: Knowledge Management, Technology Management, and Projects Portfolio Management. 

Our founder and Group CEO, Dr. Mahmood Khan, articulated our guiding principle: “The path to success in a business journey is rarely linear; it involves a continuous process of strategic adaptation, drawing from insights, resilience, and a forward-looking mindset.” This philosophy guided our transition in 2020 from a Geo-specific service provider to a Service-centric Global service provider with Local support.
