Patrick van Dijk has extensive experience in industrial automation and system architecture, currently serving as Adviseur Industriële Automatisering at Rijkswaterstaat since November 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick has been an Architect at ICT Group since February 2017, focusing on AVEVA Plant SCADA and Schneider Electric systems, and has held a Senior Consultant position specializing in the same technologies. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior System Engineer and System Engineer TA at Dynniq Nederland and Royal Imtech N.V., with a strong emphasis on CitectSCADA and Vijeo Citect. Patrick began a career in programming at Bosman Watermanagement BV and ATS Transporttechnieken BV, specializing in telemetry systems and Siemens PLC projects. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elektrotechniek from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 1988 and 1994.
