Alex Panov

Alex Panov is the Owner and Founder of Pai College, where a 60-day program is offered to help juniors navigate the high-tech industry through a combination of technology and personalized coaching. As an Information Technology Project Manager at ICTBIT Solutions, Alex manages technological projects to align with business goals, and oversees cross-functional teams for impactful results. Additionally, as a volunteer Event Manager for Ashdod's High-Tech Community, Alex organizes events to connect local tech professionals. Previously, as CEO of ShaBus, an NGO providing low-cost transportation services, Alex expanded operations in major Israeli cities. Alex has experience as a System Administrator at Motorola Solutions, responsible for critical IT infrastructure, and as a Junior System Administrator and Senior PC Technician at Ness Technologies. Academic credentials include an MCITP certification from John Bryce and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Open University of Israel.
