Sheila Friend

Sheila Friend is currently the Purchasing Manager at ICTC USA, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Sheila worked as a Senior Buyer at ICTC USA from 2022 to 2024, and held several buyer and procurement roles at companies including OSI Electronics, Insulet Corporation, and Sanmina-SCI. With extensive experience in negotiating contracts, managing supply chain operations, and maintaining vendor relationships, Sheila has demonstrated a strong capability in optimizing purchasing processes throughout their career. Sheila began their career as a Material Handler at Delta Education in the early 1990s, progressively advancing to more responsible roles in procurement and supply chain management.
