Lisa Rupe has had a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lisa is currently employed at Ictect, Inc. as a Project Manager/XML Content Architect since 2017. In this position, they oversee projects and is responsible for creating schemas and conversion definitions from MS Word to XML. Additionally, they analyze documents and regulations to ensure compliance with XML standards.

Prior to their current role, Lisa worked at Ictect, Inc. as an XML Content Architect from 2011 to 2014. Here, they were involved in applying Ictect technology and training in the Department of Defense and Higher Education sectors.

Earlier in their career, Lisa served as an Assistant Director at AutismOne from 2009 to 2012. Lisa also owned their own business, Chameleon Text, from 2006 to 2008. At Autism Research Institute, they worked as a Web Developer from 2004 to 2008.

Lisa's experience also includes working at Questia Media as a Manager of XML Engineering from 2000 to 2002. Lisa started their career at Metamor Worldwide as a Corporate Web Editor from 1998 to 1999 and later worked at Mosby, Inc. as a Senior Database Publishing Editor from 1995 to 1998.

Lisa Rupe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Russian and Linguistics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1992.
