Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith is a VP of Client Success at ICUC Social, where they focus on optimizing client relationships within the regulated space. They previously held various roles in social media and client success, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Director at ICUC, as well as Social Media Strategist at PP+K. Elizabeth began their professional journey as a Digital and Social Media Intern with the Tampa Bay Lightning and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tampa.
