Egor Shadryn

Egor (Yahor) Shadryn is a seasoned technology executive and advisor with extensive experience in fundraising, IT strategy, and team performance across various technical domains, including data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. Current roles include serving as a Fractional CTO and Tech Advisor since September 2023, and a Technical Advisor and AI Architect at ICVR. Previously, Shadryn held significant positions at Amazon Web Services as a Startup Solutions Architecture Manager, and as VP of Engineering at AlgoLift. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Pundits Tutoring, Blizzard Entertainment, and DIFRactive Technology. With an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Engineering from Harvard University, Shadryn actively contributes to the LA CTO Forum since 2016.
