Nathan Pick

Nathan Pick is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning from 2005 to the present. Currently serving as the Home Office Manager at ICW Group since September 2013, Nathan modifies and communicates company procedures to the Underwriting team, collaborates with IT and Data Analytics to enhance processes, develops automation tools, audits underwriting files for compliance, and is recognized as a Salesforce expert within the team. Previously, Nathan held the position of Senior Business Development Underwriter, managing producer relationships and a profitable book of business at ICW Group. Prior experience includes roles at Sequoia Insurance as a Workers Comp Underwriter, at Arthur J. Gallagher Artex Cedar Hill as an Underwriter, at Marsh Affinity Group Services as an Underwriter, and at Allied Insurance as a Personal Lines Representative.
