Rob deViere serves as the Vice President at ICW Group, overseeing the Workers' Compensation line of business while managing underwriting, sales, marketing, and product management, alongside responsibilities for claims, loss control, audit, and customer experience. With previous leadership positions in East Region operations and branch management, Rob has a significant background in workers' compensation insurance. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Workers Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association and the Missouri Aggregate Excess of Loss Mechanism Advisory Board, Rob contributes to key initiatives in the industry. Additionally, Rob has held leadership roles with the Florida Workers Compensation Joint Underwriting Association and the National Workers Compensation Reinsurance Association Board of Directors. Outside of insurance, Rob has an extensive history in volleyball officiating and coaching, including roles with USA Volleyball and the Florida High School Athletic Association.
