Ryan Goodrich, MSOD, is a seasoned organizational change agent and leader with over 20 years of global experience in workforce enablement, learning, and development. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at ICW Group, they focus on driving talent management strategies. Formerly the Director of Learning & Development at LEO Pharma, Ryan designed and implemented programs that supported culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives. They co-own a pediatric therapy practice, FTC Kids, which emphasizes high-quality care. Ryan holds a Master of Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University.
