Sarah Lam

Sarah Lam has over 15 years of work experience, starting with Union Square Ltd. (Mr. Bar-B-Q-US) in 2005 as a QA Coordinator. In 2007, they moved to TEG International Limited as a Quality Coordinator. In 2009, they joined Continental Conair Limited as an Executive Assistant. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at Kingfisher Asia Limited (Hong Kong), holding various roles including Senior Commercial Development Analyst, Assistant Manager, Quality System, and Personal Assistant to Operation Director & Head of Quality. Currently, they are a Data Analytics Manager at ICW.

Sarah Lam obtained a Higher Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Information Management from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education between 2000 and 2003. Sarah then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Quality Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2005 and 2008. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Operations Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2011 and 2013.
