Rare in the world today, Ron started working for USC Consulting Group right after college and worked there until he retired in 2010. Ron worked his way up the ladder through various roles to eventually become a Partner, then a Senior Partner, and then spent his last 11 years at USC as the CEO.
During Ron’s tenure with USC the company worked with more than 2,000 companies in a wide variety of industries to improve their financial performance and operating effectiveness. USC has had tremendous success with their approach of utilizing existing systems and capital to realize operational improvement, rather than requiring additional capital expenditures to drive improvement.
