Arturo Rivera, CPP, HISP has extensive work experience in security and compliance roles. Arturo is currently working as a Compliance Specialist at ID.me since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Security and Compliance Engineer at Zenoss from August 2020 to November 2022.

Their previous experience includes working as a Senior IT Risk and Compliance Analyst at AT&T Cybersecurity from May 2019 to August 2020, where they were responsible for developing and executing industry best practices in governance, risk, and compliance. Arturo also worked at Microsoft as a Regional Security Operations Manager from May 2012 to December 2018, overseeing security operations across critical infrastructure facilities globally.

Before joining Microsoft, they served as a Regional Security Manager at Securitas, where they developed and implemented process and procedures for a global physical security program covering North America and the Asia Pacific regions from October 2010 to May 2012. Prior to that, Arturo was a Site Security Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., managing a security team assigned to a Microsoft Data Center location.

Arturo's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant of the Guard at the Marine Corps Barracks at 8th and I in Washington, D.C. from August 1999 to July 2003. In this role, they supervised the armed physical security operations unit and maintained security for personnel and equipment.
