Mansi Sahni is the Program Advisor Team Lead - India at iD Tech Camps. Mansi has also worked as the Senior Manager Sales and Recruitment at WhiteHat Jr from June 2020 to September 2021. Mansi is successful at utilizing search tools including job boards, networking sites and search engines to find qualified candidates worldwide by doing x-ray search / LinkedIn search / Passive search / Hiretual etc. Additionally, they have hands-on experience in using tools like email aggregator, swoop, taleo & gr8 people etc.

At WhiteHat Jr, Mansi was responsible for developing and facilitating recruitment strategies and creating effective employer branding. Mansi also worked with the Team to up-scale the lead generated through campaigns and managed a team of 25 sales reps to deliver monthly business targets. Mansi used consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that led to winning business. Mansi also closed sales and achieved weekly quotas through cold calls. Furthermore, they were responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status. As a process improvement specialist, Mansi also handled recruitment and operations as part of process improvement. Mansi was awarded best Team Lead for being customer-focused and employee-centric.
