Matt O’Brien

As COO and General Counsel, Matt is responsible for driving performance and integrity in day-to-day operations in support of the corporate mission and strategy. He is also responsible for managing all of ID Technologies’ legal affairs, which includes oversight of the organization’s contracts, security, ethics and compliance. Matt brings over 25 years of legal and government contracting experience to the company and the team. He earned his juris doctor degree cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and is a member of the bar in the State of Maryland. Outside of the office, Matt focuses his attention on his home in Potomac Falls, Virginia with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
