DOD Storage Solutions Architect at ID Technologies

Randy Mays has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Randy started their career in 1984 as an Electronics Engineer for the United States Air Force, where they led a team in conducting test and evaluation of operational weapon systems. After leaving the Air Force in 1992, Randy worked for Dynamics Research Corporation as a Senior Communications Engineer, supporting server systems in a LAN/WAN environment. In 1994, they joined Abacus Technology Corporation as a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for maintaining system availability and providing technical expertise to end-users. Randy then worked for Ingenium Corporation as a File Services Manager, managing a large data center and implementing technical refresh programs. In 2008, they continued their role as a File Services Manager at TAIC, overseeing the operation of a data center supporting thousands of users. From 2013 to 2016, Randy was a Consulting Engineer and later a Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales) at Commvault, where they designed software and hardware solutions for customers. Most recently, they joined ID Technologies in 2019 as a DOD Storage Solutions Architect. Randy's expertise spans various areas, including storage solutions, systems engineering, and cryptographic engineering, making him a valuable asset in the technology industry. Randy currently works as a Cryptographic Engineer at Archon Secure.

Randy Mays attended Louisiana Tech University from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
