Natalie Ko is currently the Head of Marketing at IDA and the Head of Marketing & PR at OSN, bringing a holistic marketing perspective to both roles. Previously, Natalie served as the Marketing Director at VSFG from 2016 to 2024. In addition to extensive professional experience, Natalie is pursuing a Master of Arts in Communications with a focus on Integrated Communications Management at Hong Kong Baptist University, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
