Stephen L. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology and strategic leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at IDA since 2025. Previously, Stephen held the position of Head of IT and Wealth and Personal Banking at Hang Seng Bank from 2018 to 2021 and served as Deputy Head of IT at Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. between 2008 and 2018. Most recently, Stephen was the Head of IT at The Bank of East Asia, Limited from 2021 to 2023, while also serving as General Manager and Group Chief Information Officer.
