Adrian Martins

Adrian Martins serves as the Engineering Director at IDBS since January 2024. Previously, Adrian held the position of VP of Technology at Coyote Software from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibility included overseeing engineering, DevOps, advanced analytics, and data security, while contributing to company strategy as part of the Executive Committee. From January 2012 to May 2021, Adrian worked at Burning Glass Technologies, initially as the Director of Application Development, managing a geographically diverse team of over 20 engineers, and previously as an Engineering Manager focused on developing a web application for educational institutions. Earlier experience includes roles such as Development Team Leader at Torex Retail and Alphameric, and Application Developer at Spring, along with an educational background in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
