Florian Heine

Florian Heine is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Engineering Quality Lead at IDBS since February 2005. In this role, Florian is responsible for advocating quality across feature teams and enhancing processes for the efficient delivery of high-quality software. Previous positions at IDBS include Engineering Director, Test Manager, and Test Lead, where Florian managed teams, set objectives, coordinated cross-functional priorities, and developed test automation strategies. Prior to IDBS, experience includes roles at COMPUWARE UK LIMITED and Schlumberger Resource Management, with responsibilities in automated testing and system testing. Florian holds a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a Mastère Spécialisé in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ecole Centrale, Paris.
