James Cole has extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Senior Developer at IDBS since August 2015. Prior to this role, James worked at Bupa from September 2010 to August 2015 as a Software Engineer, focusing on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for web development in both agile and waterfall environments. James's career began as a Partner and Web Designer at RT Web Design from February 1999 to March 2005, followed by positions as Hospitality Assistant at Plymouth Argyle and Website Co-ordinator at Kuoni Travel. James holds a BSc in Oceanography from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2005.
