Mark Hedges has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, demonstrating expertise in both development and program management. Currently serving as the SaaS Onboarding & In-Life Manager and previously as Senior Programme Manager at IDBS since June 2010, Mark Hedges has played a pivotal role in enhancing client onboarding processes and ensuring effective service delivery. Prior to this, Mark Hedges contributed to IDBS as a Lead Developer from 2000 to 2010, showcasing a strong foundation in software development and project leadership.
