Melanie Juba

Melanie Juba currently serves as Head of Product Management at IDBS, focusing on global product strategy, roadmap, and innovation. Prior to this role, Melanie held multiple positions at Danaher Corporation, including participation in the General Manager Development Program and significant experience at SCIEX as Senior Market Development Manager for Life Sciences Markets and Senior Manager for Biopharma Accurate Mass. In earlier roles, Melanie contributed as a Market Development Specialist and Application Specialist. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from George Mason University, and a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School.
