Brooke Klein

Brooke Klein is a Human Resource and Learning and Development professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at IDC Spring. They specialize in fostering a thriving workplace culture and managing key HR functions such as employee relations, talent development, and recruitment. Previously, Brooke held various roles at Target, including Senior Business Partner of Organizational Effectiveness, where they designed and implemented training programs with a focus on retention and compliance. Brooke also worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as the Onboarding Program Manager for Manufacturing, responsible for enhancing the onboarding experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
