Robin Schueller

Robin Schueller is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at IDC Spring since September 2018, Robin leads projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and retention, while also providing training and guidance on various HR functions. Prior to this role, Robin spent 19 years at Benedictine Health System, where roles included Manager of Talent Acquisition & Retention and Corporate Human Resources Manager, focusing on recruitment, selection, and compensation strategies. Earlier experience includes positions as a Compensation and Recruitment Specialist and HR Assistant, as well as starting a career as a Receptionist/Secretary at Health Dimensions. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bethel University.
