Abhi Kumar

Abhi Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and consulting, particularly in the fields of finance, technology, and digital innovation. Currently serving as Head of Asia Pacific Experience-Orchestrated Business & Technologies research at IDC since November 2022, Abhi previously held the position of Director at Warrior9 VR, focusing on Web3, Metaverse, and Cryptocurrency applications. Abhi's experience includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, where oversight of eClient Services in the Asia/Pacific region was achieved, and at IDC Asia/Pacific, where a benchmark program for financial institutions was established. Abhi holds a Master’s Degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan.
