Alida Greco

Alida Greco has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior HRBP for IDC South West Europe and Nordics since April 2008, overseeing HR management, compensation, training, and HR administration. Previously, Alida held several positions within IDC, including HRBP and Human Resources Manager for IDC EMEA, focusing on talent management and HR project development across Western Europe. Alida's HR career began at Accenture and includes significant roles at Vodafone Italia and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, with responsibilities in recruitment, training, and performance management. Alida holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Law from Università degli Studi di Milano.
