Dave Clemente

Dave Clemente serves as the Research Director for Managed Security Services at IDC, focusing on European research related to managed security services and professional security services. With a strong background in cyber security, Dave previously directed research on cloud security and C-Suite technology agendas at IDC. Prior experience includes leading a team at Deloitte Italia in cyber risk, establishing a research function at Deloitte UK, and conducting cyber security research for the Information Security Forum. Dave's research contributions extend to Chatham House, the Overseas Development Institute, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies, highlighting a robust expertise in governance, security, and compliance complexities. Education includes an MA from SOAS University of London and a BA from The Ohio State University.
