Jason Gorud

Jason Gorud has extensive experience in leadership and sales management, currently serving as the Group Vice President of IDC and Managing Director of IDG APAC since 2005, overseeing a team of 100 with a P&L responsibility of USD 50 million across 14 countries. Prior roles include Head of Emerging Markets and Channels Sales Director at Hyperion Solutions, focusing on direct sales and marketing strategies in India and Thailand, as well as VP of Sales and Marketing at Asia-Net K.K., where Jason led a sales team for recruitment products. Earlier career experiences include General Manager positions at Marcus Evans across Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Los Angeles, and serving as Aftermarket Sales Manager for EXEDY in the Mideast and Africa. Jason holds degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Kansai Gaidai University.
