Jozef Gemela

Jozef Gemela currently serves as the Vice President of Consulting for CEMA at IDC, a leading provider of market intelligence and advisory services in the ICT sector since July 2007. In this role, Jozef is responsible for market research and strategy consulting projects, focusing on growth opportunities, go-to-market strategies, and national ICT policies across the CEMA region. Jozef has achieved a 50% year-on-year growth in demand for new services while managing client engagements and mentoring regional consulting teams. Prior to joining IDC, Jozef was the Strategy Director and Board Member at Dermacol, where successful transformations established the brand as a market leader in Central and Eastern Europe. Jozef holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Sheffield Hallam University and an MSc in Computer Science from Charles University.
