Juniper Nelson

Juniper Nelson is the Director of Transformation at International Data Corporation (IDC), where they lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic change and operational excellence. They focus on developing sustainable transformation frameworks while managing a portfolio of key strategic initiatives. Previously, Juniper held senior management roles in enterprise learning and development and enterprise transformation, delivering significant cost savings and process efficiency improvements. Juniper has also founded Green Juniper Consulting, providing tailored change management and talent development solutions. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
