Len Padilla

Len Padilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the networking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Research Director at IDC since March 2022, Len Padilla focuses on enterprise and telecom segments within the EMEA Networking and Lifecycle Services program. Prior to IDC, Len Padilla held multiple senior roles at NTT Ltd., including Senior Director of Portfolio Marketing, where strategic positioning and messaging were developed to enhance service offerings, and Vice President of Product Strategy, overseeing product direction across business units. Len Padilla's career also includes roles as Senior Director of Technology and Director of Customer Operations at NTT Europe and Verio Europe, respectively. Earlier experience includes project management at PSINet and a systems analyst position at Intercomputer, alongside foundational work as a systems administrator at Pixar Net. Len Padilla holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of California, Davis.
