Lim Victor

Lim Victor is an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting and operations management. Currently serving as the Group Vice President for Custom Research at IDC Asia Pacific since June 2005, Lim oversees a consulting team across 13 countries, driving significant revenue growth and managing regional P&L responsibilities. Previously, Lim held the position of Director of Operations at LexisNexis, focusing on business analysis and strategic planning. Early career experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, working on private equity deals, and serving as an Admin Officer at Singapore Airlines, where Lim contributed to a major procurement strategy. Lim Victor holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Chartered Management Accountant designation, and a First Class Honours degree in Cell & Molecular Biology from the National University of Singapore.
