Melissa Lasoff

Information Technology Help Desk Manager

Melissa Lasoff is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Help Desk Manager at IDC since October 2021, Melissa leads a helpdesk team in providing technical support to employees. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Managed Services at ACS Services, Inc., where effective standards and incident response procedures were introduced. Melissa's career also includes significant positions at Clarks, serving as IT Service Manager and Help Desk Manager, where global support was provided to over 5,000 users, and technical teams were lead in incident resolution. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Dunkin' Brands, and as an SMS/SCCM Admin at Thomson Reuters, supporting a global user base of over 21,000. Melissa holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Massasoit Community College.
