Michael Kontopoulos

Michael Kontopoulos is a Principal UX Designer and Manager with over 10 years of experience in UX/UI, product strategy, and user research. They most recently served as Principal Designer at Foundation Medicine, where they led initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiencies and mentored junior staff. Previously, Michael was a lecturer at several institutions, including UCLA and USC, where they taught courses in design and interactivity. Currently, Michael is pursuing an MFA at the University of California, Los Angeles, while also holding a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University.
